Recently a professor at Kansas State University claimed he lost 27 pounds in two months by eating junk food.  Before you jump for joy, get the facts. Limiting caloric intake will make you lose weight. That is a proven fact.  So, if you are used to eating 3,000 calories per day and you reduce that to 2,000 calories per day, you will lose weight.  It doesn’t matter what you eat, as long as you are eating less than what you previously ate.  Keep in mind that even if you lose weight this way, it won’t make you “healthy.”  It may cause other health issues, even if you are thin.  The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to lower the amount of calories, eat healthy foods, and exercise.

If any professors find a work-around for that, please let me know.
