After two high flying weeks with Weight Watchers, I crashed and burned this past week. Well, that may be a bit extreme, but I didn’t have a great week. I didn’t log what I ate (because I told myself I didn’t have time) and before I knew it, I was off track. To top it off, I didn’t go to the gym as often as I should have (because I told myself I had already blown my week). Now, I have to face the scale tonight…. Results tomorrow.
